There will be times when we forget that God promises to protect us and empower us in times of trouble. God loves us so much that He would not abandon us to be overtaken by trials, situations, or wicked people. He will not allow us to suffer for long before He steps in and rescues us. At times, He even tells us to anticipate a storm and He assures us that the storm will not kill us. He reminds us to trust Him; He reminds us that He is always there. But how easily do we forget that God promised protection when we are under pressure? How easily do we forget that there is nothing new to God? He knows our ending from our beginning and even the outcomes of our in-betweens. It’s so easy to want to quit when we forget. Trouble does not last always! God knows, He hears, and He sees far past your today! What is seen is temporary and what is unseen is eternal. He loves you, He cares, and He understands.

Be faithful even when it hurts! We have to continue to press towards the mark for the high calling. There's a reason for every piece of pain we experience. Each piece is working for eternal good. Be consistent with your press! Keep pushing! Keep at it! God's strength taps in when your strength taps out.
Keep walking even if you feel your knees buckling in. Keep praying even if your hands are tired. Keep smiling even if situations make you cry. You're almost there! God cares. God sees. God knows. Be encouraged, even when it hurts! 1 Peter 5:7 |

We were not created to fit in! Be in and not of the world. This means that we can exist in a world with an understanding that our divine nature is not always culturally acceptable. Our thinking will not always be trendy! We can be unapologetically new creatures in Christ! This does not mean that we are condescending towards nonbelievers, but we are confident that we are fearfully and wonderfully made and we do not allow the world's perceptions of us to shake us! Instead, we are the shakers and movers in the world!

Ever wonder why tough times keep coming your way? Why it seems like trouble just won't let up? Why fear and doubt seem to lurk in every corner? Why emotional pain seems to last a little longer than expected? It's because you are stronger than you think! You can handle more than you can comprehend! Social media can either kill our creativity or launch it! We must use it wisely! Be not conformed to this world, but transformed by the renewing of your mind. It's okay to use social media, but if we find ourselves developing toxic thinking as a result of our exposure to social feeds and timelines, we must limit our usage. Social media is a great place to be inspired and to inspire others, but it must be used wisely.

There is Purpose in Every Detour!Just because it didn't go our way, doesn't mean it won't work out! Keep on moving and trust God! He has ordered our steps! He thinks GOOD thoughts towards us. His plan is far greater than any plan we could ever make. It's okay to not have it all figured out! Remember, we walk and live by FAITH and not by sight! There is purpose in every detour! Believe Him.

Wait on it...Wait on it! It will be worth it wait!
David had to wait years before his promise of Kingship over all Israel manifested. Abraham had to wait even longer for the manifestation his promise that he would be the father of many. We have keep our heads high and remain faithful in service while we wait on God to do it. We have to remember that He still loves us, that He thinks positively towards us, that He'll never leave us, and that He can and will do everything He said. Learning how to posture ourselves in waiting is key; He will give us strength while we wait, He will keep us smiling while we wait, and He will protect us while we wait! Trust in Him. We were not made to blend in! All of our quirks and unusual thoughts do not make us crazy! In a world that is lost in immoral sauce, we have to be set apart. We have to be Holy! We are the chosen generation. We must take a stand and be different!

Don't quit before you win!
Too often, we take off our gloves instead of giving God the opportunity to get the Glory out of our losing battles. God specializes in impossible situations. He is the King of Comebacks. Don't get out of the ring just because you've been knocked down a couple of times; Hang in there and watch God move you into your next Knock Out! Often times our breakthrough is right around the corner when the heat gets turned up. God knows our limits and will never push us past our limits! Trust in the Lord! Fight the good fight of Faith! Stay in the Ring! Jesus has already got the Victory. Romans 8:31 |
